All CRÈME orders are express shipped.
Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post.
International orders are shipped with DHL.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, unless the item is faulty.
To request a return, please email info@bycreme.com with your order number and reason for return.
For Australian returns, we will send you a prepaid shipping label so you can return your item free of charge.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, please email info@bycreme.com with your order number, the item you would like to exchange, and the size you would like instead.
For Australian exchanges, we will send you a prepaid shipping label so you can send your item back free of charge.
International Returns and Exchanges
International returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, unless the item is faulty.
International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
